Job Description:

Our client is a renowned retail brand with presence in the Asia Pacific Region. They are inviting an energetic HR professional to join their Talent Acquisition Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team to drive candidate sourcing and build talent pool for office positions.
  • Assist in formulation and execution of recruiting strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Develop and implement appropriate talent acquisition strategies and actions.
  • Understand job requirement and explore channels, research database and source candidates.
  • Prepare weekly recruitment and relevant statistical reports.
  • Participate in various HR and ad-hoc projects.



Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Law or business related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5-6 years in-house talent acquisition experience in multinational companies.
  • Good experience in recruitment KPI management, recruitment analysis and manpower planning.
  • Mature, detailed-minded and resilient.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good spoken English and fluent Mandarin/Cantonese.
