Job Description

Our client is an established company specialising in entertainment and recreational. They are expanding and growing at a fast pace and now looking to hire a HR Assistant Manager to support the growth. They are located in South easily accessible.

Duties

Full spectrum of HR, including talent acquisition, employee engagement and compensation & benefits

Implementing HRIS

Familiar with payroll processing

Ensure proper employee leave and training records being maintained by the team

Ensure the team in complying with local relevant regulations and internal policy/procedures

Implementation of annual cycles, including salary and bonus review and performance management process through close partnership with key stakeholders

Requirements:

5 years of HR experience in Compensation and Benefits

Experience in HRIS implementation

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
