Department Profile Human Resources provide support and strategy at every level of Morgan Stanleys business. It helps firm and business unit management with strategic direction in employee recruiting, retention, development and compensation. HR Coverage partner with individual business units to deliver support in data analysis, compensation analysis and performance management. Other HR teams are product-focused, specializing in compensation, benefits, risk and control, employee relations, recruiting, reporting and learning and development. Role Profile

Qualifications

Skills and Experience Required
A proven track record of working in partnership with senior management and HR colleagues to deliver a high quality, cost effective, flexible recruitment service
Solid understanding and practical experience of working with an RPO partner including vendor management, issue/escalation management and SLA performance evaluation
Advanced level understanding of the experienced and campus recruitment landscape in Asia.
Experience driving a technology and innovation change agenda within the Talent Acquisition function. Knowledge and experience with new technologies is desired (eg AI, chatbots, selection and assessment tools)
Experience in the management of end-end executive level hiring is desired.
Experience in leading large, operational cross boarder recruitment teams
Ability to engender trust and credibility with leaders and managers at all levels across client groups and within HR
Effective management/supervisory skills - ability to inspire, lead, delegate and manage
Can perform effectively and efficiently under pressure
Can adapt to, and lead through, change
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively (presentations, written, oral)
Strong results focused attitude and can- do mind-set. Has the ability to get things done, can build an effective network to navigate the organization and will see projects and initiatives through to the end. Will dive into the detail when needed.
