As part of the Employee Mobility team, the Global Business Travel (BT) Tax Program team manages the global initiative to enhance the firm's tax reporting and withholding for employees who travel on behalf of the firm, while also looking to provide a seamless employee experience. The Program continues to be implemented in phases, across multiple regions working in coordination with multiple workstreams and internal and external stakeholders.

We are currently looking for an APAC team lead to manage the development of this challenging and interesting program. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, passionate and enthusiastic to help with driving the program strategy. This role will report to the Global Business Travel Tax Program Lead and will support all aspects of the APAC program based in Singapore. Responsibilities will include:

Supporting the Global Program leads on continued development and program management of the program, collaborating with tax advisers and other key internal and external partners
Reviewing end to end processes and driving change and innovation in existing travel lanes
Collaborating with the change management team regarding training/learning material Leading and driving continued rollout phases of existing travel lanes
Effective at building and maintaining relationships with clients at all levels
Develop a leading knowledge of the travel tracking tool and BT policy and processes, and documenting policy changes as appropriate
Partnering with the operations team to meet deliverables for all aspects of the program
Resolving queries around program and policy from employees and other HR stakeholders
Support in vendor management

Qualifications:

Relationship management skills and ability to influence key stakeholders and individuals involved in the program
Ability to work independently and drive projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Good judgment in difficult situations is critical
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
Strong interpersonal and vendor relationship management skills
Proficient in MS Office and internet based applications.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and assist with all tasks necessary.
Experience in HR is necessary, with tax/payroll/operations and project mgt experience a plus
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through and resolve outstanding issues in a timely manner.
