- To perform full spectrum of HR operations; including recruitment, compensation benefits, performance management, staff training development, etc;
- To process payroll calculation, MPF contribution, and tax filing;
- To assist in formulating and implementing HR policies, guidelines and procedures;
- To organize general affairs, staff activities, and other ad hoc assignments.
- To provide daily administration and clerical support to the operation team;
- To manage office and warehouse supplies and equipment maintenance;
- To handle insurance policies and service contracts renewal;
- To supervise vehicles maintenance schedule, and conduct general inspection monthly;
- To assist in preparing month end report.
