Job Description
Our client is a Japanese Asset Management Company that is looking for a HR & Admin Manager who is able to add value to the company with their experience.
Role
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Develop compensation strategies and performance evaluations for employees and directors based on market research and pay surveys keeps the strategy up to date
- Manage required training programs to help ensure employees and directors understand their responsibilities
- Facilitate communications and liaising with the Corporate secretary and Board Committee on the organizing of board meetings
- Provide general administrative support to the Company and employees
- Maintain internal policies and procedures of the Company
- Conduct any other duties, as required by the business needs of the Company
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related fields is preferable
- 5+ years experience relevant in human resources and administration
- Candidate with experience in listed companies is preferable
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders of all levels of seniority, and the ability to communicate well orally and in writing
- Strong analytical skills to make sound decisions
- Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
