Job Description

  • Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer in China.
  • Hands-on to take charge, review, design and execute HR policies that will assist in improving the growth for overall group of companies.
  • Develop creative practices and programs that identify, source, assess and hire the best talent to meet changing and evolving business needs.
  • Develop strategies that can drive to attract, retain and develop talent.
  • Draft HR and Admin policy based on MOMs and HQ requirement.
  • Lead the development and execution of Human Resources strategic and annual plans in alignment with the organizational goals, and mission.
  • Develop strategies that can drive to attract, retain and develop talent.
  • Manage the Corporate Insurance policies.
  • Responsible for HR and Administration department budget; review and negotiate HR-related contracts and agreements.
  • Develop strategies that can drive to attract, retain and develop talent.
  • Provide weekly covid-19 report to HQ and attend all covid-19 related prevention training by HQ.
  • Oversee all matters relating to the operation of company in Singapore
  • Requirements

  • At least Master in business and administration/ Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in multinational Corporate
  • Expertise in talent management, employee engagement and HR system.
  • Good knowledge in Singapore Employment Act, CPF, IRAS and MOM guidelines.
  • Strong and proven HR leadership with effective interpersonal communication and influencing skills to deal with management and employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good writing and communication skill in Chinese/Mandarin as you are required to communicate directly with the CEO of the company and submit report to HQ in China
