Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment Administration

Work Pass Management: Application, renewal and cancellation of work passes

Selection and Recruitment: Job posting, job applications screening, shortlisting, appointments, interviews, drafting of employment contracts, onboarding, monitor confirmations and administer confirmations

Proper documentation and filing of employee P-files, HR documents etc.

Employee Welfare

insurance renewal. Handle industrial accident cases, process medical and insurance claims

Insurance policies and claims: Medical insurance and work injury

Administer Attendance and Leave

Review and update Human Resources Practice

Support employees' wellness programme

Safe Measurement Measures

Human Capital Management

Training: Training and development

Provide coaching and counselling to staff and line managers as and when required

Admin Functions

Supervision and In Charge of full spectrum of Admin functions (organize company events, upkeep office environment to ensure proper maintenance, tidiness and cleanliness, etc. )

MOM surveys

Application and claims of government grants

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management
