We're seeking an experienced HR professional to help us grow the team across our markets in Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines with the right talent acquisition & development strategies, and ensure that our policies and people framework are aligned to our business objectives. This role will be responsible for overseeing and executing the full suite of HR functions for a growing team.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Identify staffing needs, develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management
  • Manage performance reviews, training & development, and staff wellness to support staff retention
  • Provide strategic input to the management team from a People perspective with relevant analysis and counsel, in relation to compensation, benefits and leave, disciplinary matters, performance management, and training and development.
  • Develop and implement human resources policies that enforce organisational values & company culture
  • Ensure compliance with the relevant HR requirements in each market
  • Strategise and implement initiatives to boost the company's reputation as a great place to work
  • Manage external vendors and internal stakeholders on HR operational matters as required

    As a successful applicant, you will have:

  • 6 years or more relevant working experience
  • Expertise in supporting a growing team and business in talent acquisition and development
  • Superior interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attitude and strong communication skills
  • Good problem solving & mediation skills
  • Hands-on experience across all aspects of HR management
