Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for full spectrum of HR function

Responsible for work passes related matters such as application, renewal, cancellation

Prepare, review and process payroll

Responsible dormitory related matters

Responsible for employees insurance and company benefits package

Drive HR strategies in achieving the business goals and success

Lead the HR team to provide professional HR advisory in line with business and Group HR strategies and objectives

Ensure proper employee leave and training records being maintained by the team

Ensure the team in complying with local relevant regulations and internal policy/procedures

Implementation of annual cycles, including salary and bonus review and performance management process through close partnership with key stakeholders Requirements

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience in Construction industry is highly advantageous

Experience in dealing with organisational growth and change management
