This position reports to the directors of the company. He/she will be required to handle and track all HR matters related to the company in terms of payroll, annual leaves, etc. He/she will also be expected to do recruitment of new staffs for the company through face to face interviews. As such, the applicant will be given the opportunity to grow the company's manpower to ensure a healthy and driven internal workforce.

The applicant will also be able to develop and enhance soft skills especially when he/she has to deal with people from all works of life, through the structured development plan, which will definitely help to increase his/her employment eligibility in the future.

The applicant will need to think of achievable KPIs to incentivise internal employees and from time to time help out with certain administrative matters.

Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:

1. Employee orientation, training, and bookkeeping of off, leaves, etc.

2. Recruitment of drivers or any other positions. required by the company as well as handling interviews.

3. Employee safety, welfare & benefits. Together with organising cohesions and gatherings etc.

4. Provide direct personal support to employees during the implementation of HR services, policies, and programs.

5. Identify any HR solutions that can help improve the workflow of the HR process.

Competencies

Gain more experience & exposure with HR systems that are currently available in the market such as Talentsoft or HRIS to improve HR processes in any organisation. Integrating and implementing this into a live growing company to allow better management of employees.

Develop proficient communication skills as he/she would need to engage and manage employees and stakeholders professionally. Handling personal & sensitive issues that employees might face to improve their performance level in the company.

Gain creativity in terms of how and what can be done to motivate fellow employees. As well as employ problem-solving techniques to ensure that operational issues are not affected by employees.

Understand and learn how to grow & scale a small company's manpower as this will be a great challenge.

Qualifications

Degree or Equivalent

This position is open to both recent graduates and mid-career individuals.
