Roles & Responsibilities

Relevant degree in Human Resource Management
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR
Good knowledge of employment law and HR practices in Singapore
A people person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A keen sense of responsibilityThe HR Manager will be responsible for the HR team in managing the full-spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, induction, employee benefits and compensation and performance management as well as performing administrative tasks. The HR Manager would be expected to proactively offer proposals to improve the HR processes and to support the Companys initiatives to create a great place to work.

Support and work with department heads on employee relations, staffing matters and implementation of HR strategies
Develop and roll out HR strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, effective onboarding program and employee relations and retention
Manage HR operations by overseeing the recruitment process (including job ads posting, screening and interviewing applicants, reviewing employment contracts and applying for employment passes), new staff induction, performance appraisal, monthly payroll processing, medical and travel insurance policies and claims, resignation process and personnel records management
Ensure compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures on personnel management
Perform general office administrative duties
