Job Title: Human Resource Manager (Generalist)

Job brief

An experienced HR Manager in manufacturing sector, responsible in full-set of human resource functions - employment life cycle with the company.

Responsibilities

  • Involved in the recruitment of new employees, overseeing the process of sourcing, screening and interviewing
  • Continuous improvement of HR policies to ensure wellbeing of employees and enforcing employees to understand and follow
  • Managing employees life cycle - onboarding, payroll, HR administration, compensation and benefits, employment insurance, training and upskilling, productivity, deployment plans (with department heads) and all aspect of HR
  • Managing internal and external employee training requirements
  • Supervise daily operations in the HR department
  • Grievances and resolve disputes in the company (if any)
  • Local and foreign statutory requirements
  • Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources
  • >5 years HR experience in manufacturing sector
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including local/regional languages and dialects
  • Able to lead and work as a team
  • Proficient in office and mobile Apps
  • Remuneration: S$4,500 - S$6,500 pm

    Location: Changi Business Park (Changi South Avenue 2)
