Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a suitable candidate to join us as a team lead. You will lead a team to provide HR advisory and to deliver a broad range of services such as manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations and compensation for our Allied Health Professional (AHP) departments/services. You will drive improvement in strategies, policies and processes to attract, engage and retain talent and deliver efficient HR services.

In addition to the HR Business Partnering role, you will be responsible for driving, implementing and supporting HR employee communications and engagement initiatives at the Centre level.

Requirements:

  • A recognised degree, preferably in Business, Human Resource Management, Humanities, Social Sciences or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of related experience in HR.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written.
  • Proven track record of operational excellence.Driven and committed individual who possesses leadership qualities.
