Roles & Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage the recruitment and selection process

2. Bridging mangement and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

3. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

5. Nurture a positive working environment

6. Oversea and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

7. Maintain pay plan and benefit program

8. Provides prompt administrative support to executive management of ACE group of companies.

9. Handles monthly payroll, CPF contributions and expense claim reimbursements.

10. Undertake human resource functions for new hires, resignations, and terminations.

11. Work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.

12. Timely submission of childcare, maternity/paternity, NS-men claims.

13. Submit annual IR8A auto-inclusion tax filing for employees.

14. Point of contact for government institutions, IRAS, CPF, MOM etc.
