Mission of the Role : Leading and implementing a variety of human resource-related programs which include recruitment, talent development, compensation, performance evaluation, employee wellness, employee communications and employee relations.
Strategic HR Function
Archive a strong corporate culture.
Plan in areas like talent acquisition, talent management, talent development, change management, learning and development and employee retention.
Support senior management and country head in strategic HR initiatives.
Plan and facilitate employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Operations HR and Administration
Handlerecruitment exercise, onboarding and offboarding. payroll and local compensation and benefits administration.
Ensure delivery of HR services, adhere to organization HR processes and policies and compliance with local laws and regulations.
Develop HR policies and procedures.
Maintain policies and records, update areas where gaps are found.
Administer reviews, support compensation and benefits.
Conduct assessments as per career management system to identify performance gaps.
Develop or organize training materials to meet the needs of company employees.
Learning and development
Organize technical and non-technical workshops.
Training employees on new policies and procedures and any new IT infrastructure enhancements.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant business or HR discipline
At least 10 years of generalist experience in a HR function with exposure to talent management, payroll management, compensation and benefits, and generic HR administration activities.
Team player actively contributing to positive team spirit, possess a strong desire to create and maintain a unique office culture
Strong business knowledge and capability to assess HR implications of business priorities
Experience in working on/managing complex projects, commit to work in face pace environment
You are Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Able to multi-task and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
Good understanding and application of local employment legislation.
You are someone who likes to challenge status quo and has a forward thinking mindset to modernize HR Practices.
Able to commit to meet deadline
Preferably with working experience in South East Asia employment laws and regulations.
Preferably worked in Information Technology or Management Consulting industry.
A team player who recommends and propose solutions in our integrated eco system.
