Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Handle the full spectrum of HR across recruitment, total rewards, talent development, employee engagement, on/off-boarding
  • Manage payroll for 60 full-time and 30 part-time employees over 3 companies
  • Work closely with the heads of business units in areas of resource planning, talent development, performance management and talent retention
  • Process leave, overtime payment and other HR-related administrative matters
  • Calculation and submission of employees year-end tax matters (IR8A) on timely basis
  • Prepare and submit Government Funding, both ad-hoc as well as yearly funding, such as paternity, childcare leave, etc
  • Manage and submit Employee Reservists notice and claims
  • Prepare and submit Return of Survey from MOM, CPF Board, etc
  • Propose and implement HR policy standards and maintain HR handbook
  • Implementation and upkeep of new HR Information System (HRIS)
  • Process work permit and employment pass applications, renewals and tax clearance for foreign workers
  • Renewal of corporate licences and insurance coverage
  • Implement and execute training structure
  • Implement and maintain KPI and bonus structure
  • Act as Safe Management Officer during Covid-19 pandemic ensure Safe-Entry Login, Poster and any other applications are properly downloaded and uploaded into the office premises
  • Manage G-Suite for all onboarding and offboarding employees
  • Prepare new laptops for new hires, where applicable
  • Manage office and pantry cleaning schedule among office staff
  • Potentially oversee Malaysian office HR matters
  • Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2-years experience in Human Resource
  • Minimum GCE O Levels
  • Preferably with a Diploma, Degree or Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) Certification
  • Able to start immediately (urgent hire)
  • 5 days work week
  • Skills Required

  • Well-versed in Employment Act and other applicable employment laws in Singapore
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
