Job Description & Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise the HR team on the whole spectrum of HR function
  • Provide day to day support and administer performance appraisal & development plans
  • Review and update HR policies
  • Ensure the administration of effective and equitable compensation, benefits and reward structures and systems
  • Provide functional support in the areas of performance management and providing recommendation on employee development where appropriate
  • Develop and execute training programs where needed
  • Competency Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years hands on experience with 3 years of supervisory experience, preferable in engineering/construction industry
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and good team player
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, pleasant disposition and professional in approach
  • HR Exec with relevant experience in leading/managing a small team would be advantageous
