Title:

Human Resource Manager

Reports to:

Director / General Manager

Introduction:

We are looking for a Human Resource (HR) Executive / Manager to handle day-to-day HR activities and be enablers of employee growth and engagement. You will focus on attracting, retaining and developing talents to fuel business growth and achieve a competitive edge.

Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day HR operational and administrative activities.

Manage recruitment, selection and onboarding processes for replacement and new employees.

Handle applications for new, renewal, cancellation and repatriation of foreign workers.

Ensure compliance and always stay updated with current regulations from MOH and MOM.

Handle renewal of group health insurance, submission and follow up of insurance claims.

Maintain and update employee P-Files.

Plan and schedule training programmes for employees based on regulations, compliance and apply grants accordingly.

Handle employee relations.

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Director.

Requirements:

Possess at least a diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Studies or equivalent.

Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience in the HR field as a generalist role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Past working experience in a manufacturing industry is advantageous.

Has a service excellence mindset and is passionate about addressing organizational and employees needs and issues.

Available to start work immediately or within a short notice.
