Roles & Responsibilities

Overall Responsibilities

Lead, manage and enhance the Human Resource functions of the Company. Provide strategic support to train and develop the workforce to meet the current and future needs of the business.

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management

Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with at least 5 years in a leading role

Proficiency in Times Software (e-HR system)

Effectively bi-lingual

With a high level of business acumen, confidence in leading, strong drive for results and strong customer focus

Passion and positive

Good communications and interpersonal skills

Ideally with working experience in the hospitality or retail industry

Able to cope in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

Hands-on, mature, task-oriented with influencing and mentoring skills
