Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.


  • Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
  • Prepare monthly payroll, including processing of reimbursements, CPF and claims
  • Compile all OT/commission calculations and monthly variable bonus calculations
  • Administer pay-related leave matters and insurance claims
  • Apply, issue and renew passes for foreign workers
  • Draft job descriptions, manage job postings, screen candidates and conduct interviews
  • Administer all relevant paperwork for employees including employment contracts, onboarding forms and entry of information into HR system
  • Draft paperwork related to promotion, termination, disciplinary action etc.
  • Draft and conduct staff happiness surveys and counselling as needed
  • Plan and implement training programs
  • Maintain all employee records and ensure accurate paperwork
  • Adhere to all laws and regulations
  • Prepare timely HR data and reports as required
  • Perform other ad-hoc HR and office administration duties as assigned


  • Min 3 years' experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
  • Self Motivated and have initiative to learn
  • Positive attitude and able to work quickly
  • Able to work independently to hit deadlines
  • Careful and works with high accuracy
