Roles & Responsibilities

Human Resources Manager

Based in Singapore, you will be responsible for HR Service delivery across the region. This will involve working with Headquarter and the various business unit HR Business Partners to provide efficient, cost effective and high quality HR service delivery while ensuring enterprise consistency based on corporate policy, process and system standards.

The Successful Applicant

The candidate we are seeking will be an established HR Regional Operations Manager with substantial experience in similar roles within large, best-in-class multinational companies in construction industry background.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full HR of spectrum management including compensation/benefits management, development of policies, negotiation of employee remuneration package and other aspects for Singapore branch.
  • Develop HR programs that are congruent in supporting business needs/strategies.
  • Put up regional job postings and conduct interviews.
  • HR Branding.
  • Guide managers and employees in matter related to Career Development, Employee Relations, Workplace Ethics and Performance Management.
  • Interact with Senior Management and employees. Act as a bridge between the two groups of people to facilitate smooth functioning of the operations of the company.
  • Collect HR metrics, perform analysis and consolidation of the data and identify key trends.
  • Plan and lead activities related to employment, labor/employee relations and benefits/compensation.
  • Involved in Mobilization of resource within the region.
  • Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum 12 years relevant experience in the Construction industry in a MNC environment .
  • Possess strong leadership skills and able to lead a team.
  • Good hands -on knowledge of labor legislations and standard HR policies, procedure and functions i.e. staffing/ compensation and benefits, HRIS etc.
  • Able to work long hours and multi-tasks to support the business leaders/ ad-hoc requirements.
  • Internal Auditing experience will be an added advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills,Interpersonal skills and communication skills are also essential.
