Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full scope of human resources including recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, learning & development and employee relations/ welfare.
  • To keep abreast of HR technological trends to automate and streamline HR processes/ SOP as the company grows.
  • Responsible for developing, implementing and modifying existing HR system requirements.
  • Implement, review and evaluate human resource management strategies, polices and plans in line with the companys goals.
  • Implement and review the effectiveness of the recruitment processes to attain the companys goals.
  • Evaluate and establish the company salary and benefit structure to remain competitive in the market.
  • Review and develop learning & development programs to strengthen the employee skills and increased the company productivity and adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide advice and guidance to HODs in HR related matters.
  • Manage general office administration.
  • Requirements

  • Tertiary Education preferably in Human Resources Management.
  • More than 5 years Managerial experience in full spectrum of HR and office administration function.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizing skills.
  • Familiarity with a relevant legislation such as the Employment Act.
  • Experience in implementing KPI system.
  • Experience in the Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage.
