Design compensation and benefits packages and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations).
Develop fair HR policies and employees handbook and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
Monitor HR departments budget and employees benefits packages including overall employee welfare.
Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues and ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Create and run referral bonus programs.
Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS). Measure employee retention and turnover rate.
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
Come up with best working methods to retain valuable employees and access.
Come up with best methods to protect company value and access.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Responding to staff requests for administrative support as needed.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested with team spirit.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience with full-cycle recruiting
Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Solid communication skills
BSc / MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
