    Degree in relevant discipline with professional diploma in HRM preferred.

    4 - 5 years of relevant experience.

    Experience in multi-national manufacturing company is preferable.

    Well-versed with Singapore Labor Laws, including application for foreign work permits/employment passes.

    Knowledge of PDPA and RBA Code of Conduct will be advantageous.

    Analytical and meticulous with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

    Ability to think strategically and work independently.

    Resourceful, self-driven and high degree of professional integrity.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
