We are looking for a Human Resource Manager to join our team!
As a Human Resource Manager, we rely on you to:
Be responsible for providing and supporting the accomplishment of hotel and department goals and objectives in all areas of Human Resources, inclusive of Learning and Development initiatives under the guidance of Director of Human Resources.
A few of the defining attributes of the Human Resource Manager, includes engaging personality and exceptional people management skills coupled with creativity and innovation. Able to demonstrate a solid understanding of Human Resource processes and procedures. and the ability to create a Learning Culture of the company by demonstrating key competencies in Learning and Development key functions.
We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for people
Preferably possesses relevant experience in a luxury hotel
Knowledge of local labour laws and industrial relations
Has good communication and people management skills
Has strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
Enjoys interacting with people
A team player, goals oriented, dependent, highly motivated, and with a high speed of execution.
