In this diverse and exciting position, you will be required to drive all HR related functions, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. You are a team player who will guide the HR function and partner with the Talent function to deliver a workforce that is capable of attaining the business objectives set by the business leadership team.

What youll do

Lead and manage the day-to-day HR functions for Singapore Office

Work closely with management team and managers in providing HR consultation to optimize people, structure, process and culture, with the goal of achieving business results

Partner with management team on recruitment needs and to provide human resources expertise and insights to support the business operations

Oversee the full HR functions including recruitment, employee life cycle, compensation and benefits, performance reviews, compliance, learning and development, employee engagement

Work closely with management team and managers in providing HR consultation to optimize people, structure, process and culture, with the goal of achieving business results

Oversee and review monthly payroll process and employees benefits are managed in accordance with the relevant legislation in a timely and accurate manner

Review, develop and implement HR policies, plans, processes and programmes to ensure they are effective, relevant and aligned to organizational goal, WPP guidelines, market trends and competitiveness

Maintains in-depth knowledge of local legislation requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance

Partner with line managers to provide day-to-day performance management guidance (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions)

Works closely with management team and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Handle all employees related issues/queries including disciplinary and termination procedures

Works closely with APAC HR team on the on-going administration and support of key HR programs and initiatives

Lead the HR team in driving performance excellence on their job

Who you are

  • Minimum 8 years of HR Generalist experience with at least 3 years of agency experience
  • In-depth knowledge of local legislation requirements and HR best practices
  • A team player, resourceful, meticulous, people oriented and ability to multitask
  • Pleasant personality with great energy and initiative and highly effective interpersonal skills and ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills and strong influencing skills
