Perform compensation & benefits design and development.
Preparation of C&B proposals according to business needs for senior management approval.
Perform compensation & benefits administration; mostly for salesmen commission.
Handle all the claims processing for the business entity in charge.
Ensure timely payroll calculation and submission to banks/CPF board.
Ensure the timely submission of all government claims (Childcare, Maternity, Paternity, Shared Paternity etc)
Coordinate the submission employee's insurance and WICA claims to insurer as well as Ministry of Manpower.
Handle the full spectrum of recruitment for the business entity in charge.
Conduct exit interview and clearances.
Perform grievance handling interviews and investigations to propose solutions to management.
Perform orientation briefings and onboarding for new employees.
Perform work pass management for your business entity.
Ensure that all filing and documentation are done properly to prepare for audit.
Job Requirement
Minimum Bachelor in Business, majoring in Human Resource Management.
At least 1-2 years of full spectrum HR experience.
Able to think on the feet and handle difficult people especially in executing company policies.
Meticulous, swift and accurate in calculations.
