To support its growth strategies, there is now a rare opportunity for a dynamic human resources leader to join them in a HR leadership role responsible for its businesses in Asia.

    Partnering the business leaders, you will be instrumental in driving and executing people strategies to pivot the workforce towards desired change and growth, and will be an enabler in providing practical HR solutions for the businesses. You will manage a team providing strong HR business partnering support across talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relation, people deployment and engagement, people policy formulation and communication, learning & development, as well as strategic HR projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all HR operations including recruitment, employment services and payroll functions in Singapore and overseas sites, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and initiatives aligned to businesses and relevant to market conditions.
  • Lead projects and initiatives related to HR policy development, system implementation, and internal communication.
  • Develop and execute effective programs for talent sourcing and placement with a strong focus on talent retention, in line with business plans.
  • Align HR policies and programs to the changing needs of the businesses as well as labour market situation in the country the businesses are operating in.
  • Provide sound advice to the business on labour regulations especially in helping them meet regulatory compliance requirements for their business operations
  • Lead, guide and develop the HR team to ensure service excellence in HR operations/services including but not limited to regulation compliance, policy enforcement, employee relations, grievance and discipline handling, on-and-off boarding, performance management and annual review, etc.
  • Requirements :

  • Degree qualified with experience across the full spectrum of functions in Human Resource Management with at least 5 years experience in HR leadership roles.
  • Experience in managing regional sites in Asia including China and Malaysia will be advantageous.
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity and unstructured environments with ability to be agile in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage across levels.
  • Good written & verbal communication skills and business acumen to commercially support the business.
