Roles & Responsibilities


Prepare monthly P&L report

Advise management of expenses control plan

Liaise with government and bank officials on financial matter

Ensure account receivables and payables activities are performed accurately and timely

Ensure maintenance of the general and subsidiary ledgers and inter-company reconciliations

Preparation of balance sheets, income statements, expense reports

Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies, and other financial related issues

Perform finance analysis, reporting, and management tasks

Independently process accounting books, including vendors AP, employee payments, payment scheduling & web-banking, General ledger, Financial reports, etc.

Prepare reconciliation statements.

Oversee external service providers and co-ordinates with internal shared service team for all financial activities

Formulating the company's human resources strategic planning.

Liaising with respective departments of various countries and regions, formulating and implementing the local HR system.

Ensure compliance to local employment laws and regulations including correct administration of payroll, benefits, compensation and insurances and leave registration.

Work closely with top management to develop policies and procedures, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance for country office.

Perform other assigned tasks and duties


Bachelor & above in finance/engineering related filed

At least 10 years experiences in human resource

Good command of MS Office tools.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, internally and externally

Good Chinese & English, able to communicate in business

Ability to work in an unstructured and fast paced environment, open to be hands-on and cover a broad portfolio

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Good business acumen for problem solving

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize a demanding workload
