Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work directly with and report to HR Director regarding all HR endeavors;
  • Manage full spectrum of talent acquisition and retention activities;
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process;
  • Organize company events to develop performance culture, increase company cohesiveness and team spirit;
  • Planning, developing, managing, and administering Training programs for employees for developing new skill sets for the employees;
  • Ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures within the statutory requirements and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance; and
  • Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise
  • Position Requirements

  • Good knowledge in HR matter and Singapore Employment Act
  • A minimum of five years of human resource management experience is preferred
  • Great communication skills and public speaking skills
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Up to date knowledge of local HR policies and local employment law
