Roles & Responsibilities

1.Office admin relevant works, such as answer the phone call and worker dormitory operation.

2. Foreign employees management (work pass application, issue, renewal, cancel, data monitor, eg)

3. WICI claim and medical insurance claim.

4. Arrange courses for all employees.

5. Cooperate with site management.

6. Deal with employees' issues

7. Have the knowledge of MS excel and words and PPT, and could well operate it

8. Proficiency in English and Chinese
