Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for Human resource & Administrative Manager

Job scopes :

  • Knowledgeable in Employment act, ICA, IRAS, CPF and other relevant authorities regulations
  • Payroll , income tax (IR8A &IR21) and CPF submission
  • Maintain proper administrative and employee records and confidentiality
  • Draft & Issue HR documents to employees, such as: employment contracts, letter, etc.
  • Support training administration including registration of courses, application of funding grants, coordinating of training courses, etc.
  • Handle work passes related matter inclusive accomodation
  • Implement and monitor company's existing HR policies and handbook to ensure compliance with latest govenment regulation
  • Manage employees onboarding and offboarding requirements inclusive repatriation
  • Liaise with government agencies on statutory matters.
  • Accounts admin job scope:

  • Company license and certification matter
  • Costing & Full set of accounts management report inclusive of AR & AP
  • Sales contract & quotation
  • Annual financial audit, Company tax, AGM & Annual return filling (ECI & Form C/CS)
  • Insurance renewal : WICA , Public insurance, Medical and Vehicle
  • Adhoc administrative duty as assigned.
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma in human resource, business administration or relevant field preferred
  • Able to communicate in English & Mandarin fluently
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in relevant field
  • Accountable, team player ,able to work in fast-paced environment
