Roles & Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead all human resources matters and functions (full spectrum) independently
  • Understand and adhere to all pertinent labour laws
  • Manage foreign work pass applications & liaisons with government agencies.
  • Monitor and the administration of all payroll matters, including CPF submission
  • Educate, train, monitor, problem-solve, and ensure company HR policy adheres among all employees
  • In charge of the hiring, training, dismissal, administering, and monitoring of all staff benefit programs
  • Work with the hiring manager to design the Job Descriptions, Job Scopes and Coaching Program for new hiring
  • Active monitoring of new staff probation to ensure a smooth boarding of the new staff and their training plan
  • Work with the Management Team to design a new KPI monitoring system and carry out regular appraisal exercise
  • Work with the Management Team to strategically plan valuable HR policies and implement them effectively
  • Meet up with employees regularly for progressive reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances which they may have.
  • Coordinate with the government agencies to work on HR-related grant
  • Assist with office administration including preparing of MEMO, and writing minutes, etc
  • Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
  • Assist the management team to relay announcements to the employee via minutes, memos, etc
  • REQUIREMENT

  • Singaporean/ PR only
  • Min. 5 years relevant experience in HR
  • Degree with major in HR Management or equivalent
  • Bilingual (Mandarin and English)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with all levels of employees.
  • Ability to handle stress due to the heavy recruitment requirement
  • Possess a high level of resilience.
  • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions Handle employees relations matters including disciplinary issues, grievances, absenteeism, and other employee disputes, including foreign worker permits and applications.
  • Plan, lead, direct, develop Implementing and coordinate the Group HR policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy.
  • Develops organization HR strategies Identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
  • Government Regulatory & Initiatives Pertaining to human resources aspects of compliances i.e. policies & procedures, mandatory benefits, compensation, health & safety, etc - recommend and implement such requirements into practice.
  • Talent review & succession Planning Implement initiatives to periodically review employees and maintain seamless transition succession with minimum disruption.
  • Talent Requisition - End-end Business partnering of recruitment activities for Manpower Requisition based on department recruitment needs. From attracting potential candidates by using the most feasible platform (E.g. Job portals, agencies, or selected websites) to shortlisting for department head review, arranging for an interview, evaluating a selection of the suitable candidate,s and proposal of the package to the candidate.
  • Learning & Development Employee Engagement Performance Management Implement talent management, succession planning and work with the management on strategies to build a high-performance culture
  • Assist with office administration including preparing of MEMO, and writing minutes, etc
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
