This position is required to support our companys HR digitalisation and transformation initiatives. This role is the owner of our HRIS systems in Asia and the key driver to drive our new global Success Factor implementation in Asia. This role is also required to plan and drive HR Process improvement in Asia through process mapping, regularly review, improvement and enhancement of HR processes to ensure efficiency and alignment to best practices. The incumbent will need to work closely with various global, regional and local HR and cross functional teams.
