A widely successful insurance organisation is searching for an Senior HR Business Partner. The candidate who enters this role will be responsible for implementing HR policies while working across a variety of HR functions.

Responsibilities:

  • See that HR policies, practices, etc. are upheld
  • Support strategic planning and execution
  • Conduct analysis of HR performance according to business requirements
  • Cooperate with HR functions in recruitment, C&B, employee relations, talent management, compliance, etc.
  • Create programs the promote effective people and performance management
  • Implement global policies in Japan
  • Requirements:

  • Currently working as a senior HRBP
  • 8+ years of experience in HRBP, talent development, recruitment, C&B, etc.
  • Leadership experience
  • Broad understanding of HR management and labour law
  • Fluent level Japanese and English
