Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Responsible for mid and high level recruitment
  • Develop and implement recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies, to include online and offline employer branding activities and marketing efforts to attract high quality talents
  • Leverage multiple recruiting sources and techniques to identify and engage active and passive candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, online user groups, and blogs
  • Build a strong, credible relationship with hiring managers and management by serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in aspect of talent sourcing and acquisition
  • Understand the complexity of business requirements and implement talent strategies for niche roles
  • Performance Review, culture build within the organiztion
  • Other adhoc HR Generalist duties assigned
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or relevant field with minimum 8 years of experience in HR generalist,/Recruitment /in-house and/or agency recruitment
  • Experience in HR Business Partner roles in IT or eCommerce industry will be an added advantage
  • Self-motivated collaborator with ability to work under pressure
  • Well-versed with local Employment Act and statutory guidelines.
  • Resourceful and ability to source and reach out to potential candidates at all levels through direct sourcing, outreach and social media engagement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to influence and build relationship with people from different business units.
  • Good knowledge of HR procedures and processes.
  • An eye for detail, high level of initiative, well organized and highly independent.
  • Dynamic & hands-on person, pleasant personality and able to interact well with senior management and all other employees from different levels in the organization.
  • Possess good ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
