HR Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Support the rewards & incentive programs. e.g incentive bonus pay-outs, salary benchmarking exercises, C&B reviews for the company staffs
  • Assist to develop creative solutions to the dynamic change of business model to match the business direction & maximize companys revenue
  • Analyze trends and metrics in a compelling way to inspire insights and create value for decision making
  • Create ad-hoc reports, compensation modeling and analysis as necessary
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • Min 3 years relevant experience, particularly in C&B /talent management planning and analysis
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills, good at numeric and analytics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially in the use of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

HR Executive

Responsibilities

  • As a HRBP member providing support to workforce planning, talent acquisition, staff movement, employee relations, employer branding and other related matters
  • Perform support in facilitating the daily operations of HRBP team
  • Provide HR support to the Corporate Function Units covering end-to-end employee life cycle, including talent acquisition, employee data management, staffing issue handling, HR administration, etc.
  • Prepare and coordinate on-boarding / off-boarding arrangement and cross functional support
  • Build and maintain a positive relationship with internal stakeholders; consult and provide professional advice to internal clients on HR matters
  • Assist in the annual management trainee program
  • Perform other ad-hoc HR duties assigned by senior manager

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Management, or relevant area
  • Min 2 years relevant experience in recruiting/staffing and as HRBP in sizable companies is a plus
  • A proactive and good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin

Sales Manager Mobile business

Responsibilities

  • Developing the potential mobile service clients and generating the leads
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Preparing the weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Preparing and submitting the sales agreements for orders.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients regularly to evaluate demands or promote products and services.
  • Preparing presentations to a range of the potential clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales of mobile service
  • Understanding of the mobile service sales process and dynamics
  • Superb interpersonal skills including the ability to quickly build report with both customers and suppliers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Assistant Product Manager

Responsibilities

  • Provide infrastructure support to Microsoft products, such as infrastructure server Responsible for product pre-sales support and operation support cooperation of MVNO business and Internet of things business
  • Responsible for formulating product quality indicators, and follow up the development, implementation, tracking and optimization of relevant indicators;
  • Provide business case analysis to support the customization of new and existing products to meet specific customer needs;
  • Communicate with other departments and improve product documents and processes to continuously optimize product functions and processes with the goal of improving internal efficiency and enhancing customer experience;
  • Assist in working closely with external operators, suppliers and internal teams to ensure that products are delivered on time and cost-effective, including price negotiation, close monitoring of project status and coordination of technical issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • At least 3 years working experience in mobile business, Internet of things business
  • Familiar with 4G / 3G network and IOT technology
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Proficient in Computer skill (word / Excel / PowerPoint) writing and reporting skills
