- Lead the development, implementation, and administration of company benefits programs, policies, and procedures, as well as oversee and administer the companys compensation structure
- Lead and manage compensation activities, including annual compensation review, annual performance appraisal process, C&B survey participation, annual salary bench marking exercise, salary structure development, incentive compensation review and associated analysis
- Lead annual forecast & budget planning activities and prepare reports as required by the local management and the Headquarters
- Negotiate agreements with benefit plan providers for services, premiums and plan administration flow
- Review and evaluate C&B policies and practices
- Monitor market conditions and government regulations and make recommendations to the local management
- Is conversant in local laws and regulations and can interpret and advise on the application of laws and regulations regarding the administration of company compensation and benefit programs
- Handle ad hoc compensation and benefits initiatives


- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- At least 10 years relevant working experience in a sizable organization preferably gained in retail, at least 5 years at a supervisory role in compensation & benefits with comprehensive knowledge of HRIS and C&B processes
- Solid experience in formulating and implementing C&B initiatives; working knowledge of job analysis and compensation strategies, familiarity with types of incentive and benefits programs
- People management experience is a must
- Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills, strong numerical sense, detail and result oriented
- Enjoy analyzing employee data and can find a story in the details
- Excellent time management skills and ability to simultaneously coordinate multiple tasks and projects accurately
- Ability to manage priorities, solve complex problems and work under pressure while meeting deadlines
- Ability to build trusted effective and collaborative relationships with various stakeholders across the Company
- Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information discretely
- Strong proficiency in MS Office; expertise with Excel and PowerPoint presentation


- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
