  • Job Responsibilities:

  • You will be part of the HR Operation Team to deliver customer-centric experience to employee services. You will be responsible for executing HR operational processes from pre-onboarding to off boarding.
  • Lead and manage the 2 HR Operations team members to ensure timely delivery of accurate and quality services. This includes streamlining and re-engineering business processes to enhance efficiency and heighten closer partnership with the stakeholders.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the management of data administration, maintenance, cleansing and verifications; maintain in-depth knowledge of company policies and legal and regulatory updates related to HR Operations
  • Engage with third-party providers (Security, Transport and Cafeteria) to establish, develop, and review the suite of services, and ensure that third-party vendors adhere to established service level agreement and budget planning.
  • Manage the security outsourced team on site in carry out the day to day activities
  • Formulate, monitor and enforce security policies, programs or procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies, or applicable government security requirements, policies, and directives
  • Plan, direct, or coordinate security activities to safeguard company assets, employees, guests, or others on company property
  • Analyze and evaluate security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement
  • Liaise with necessary department on security breaches and to address issues
  • Work closely with facilities, safety and external vendors for estate management. Which is including but not limited to the followings:
  • Oversee and manage office layout and space utilization projects
  • Office equipment maintenance & repairs
  • Supervision of Janitorial Contractor
  • Waste control & management
  • Management of Pest Control
  • Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree preferably in Human Resource, organizational development/psychology or Engineering
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in shared services and employee services
  • Experience in human capital system preferably SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act And Employment of Foreign Manpower Act
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and appropriately
  • Energised by a fast-paced work environment, with the ability to multi-task, manage high volume work able to work independently.
  • Good communication with strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • Possess strong analytical and planning skill to manage and execute company-wide events/program
