What can a successful candidate look forward to?

  • Support the development of learning curriculum and roadmap for different levels of talents that are aligned to business goals and objectives
  • Design, develop and deploy skills and capability development solutions that reflect the needs of the organisation and business from start to finish with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner HR Business Partners / line managers on the development and execution of learning solutions to ensure highest quality of learner experience
  • Manage learning programme portfolio to ensure sustainability and continued positive impact for talents. Track and monitor learning spend, to ensure alignment to budget. Manage all funding applications and grants SkillsFuture, IMDA)
  • Project manage learning events and programmes Learning Day, Leadership Development Programme) from start to finish with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Create & maintain learning content to provide on-demand / self-directed learning resources in support of the development needs of learners throughout the learning cycle
  • Develop collaborative and trusted relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring trusted advisor status and associated credibility.
  • Create marketing and communication materials to support the communication and adoption of learning-related initiatives across the organisation
  • Systematically collect and analyse learning data to measure and analyse the impact of the learning solutions
  • Own the outcome and challenge existing practices to improve employee experience continuously
  • Learn Every Day to keep up to date on current organisational learning research and implement good practices to improve the impact and effectiveness of the function
  • Passionate about people development
  • At least 3 years of related work experience will be an advantage
  • Excellent communicator verbal and written
  • Strong project management and organization skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations
  • Technologically savvy
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Experience with SuccessFactor LMS is a plus
