  • Be part of the Business Partner team to provide HR support to the assigned employee group(s) on a wide range of services including recruitment, performance management, compensation and employee engagement.
  • Play an integral role in the development and implementation of HR related Organizational Development projects at the cluster/sectoral level.
  • Deliver a full spectrum of HR services to select group of employees across various institutions/ business units and job families, in compliance with HR policies, audit requirements and legal obligations
  • Work effectively with institutional HR teams to align and achieve synergies in carrying out processes such as performance appraisal exercise, mass salary review and bonus exercises (twice a year), recognition awards nominations, developmental award nominations, budget exercises.
  • Proactively identify gaps in the existing processes, propose and implement changes necessary to establish good HR practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource information system (HRIS) records in SAP and compile reports from the database when necessary.
  • Maintain relevant personnel files and documentation in an up-to-date and organised manner.
  • Assist in benchmarking positions against market to ensure competitive compensation.
  • Write first draft of papers when required e.g. to seek approval for compensation changes, new appointments, policy changes etc.
  • Understand organisational strategic priorities as well as changes in HR and healthcare landscape.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive and implement projects and initiatives.
  • Establish and managed detailed project plans, scope, milestones and deliverables.
  • Involve in all stages of projects, from conceptualisation, scheduling, tender documentation, execution to handover/project closure.
  • Facilitate meetings effectively.
  • Track, prepare and communicate regular project progress timely to project sponsor and stakeholders.
  • Requirements

  • Min Degree in HR Related field / Business Admin or equivalent.
  • Min 3-4 years relevant working experience in the area of HR Generalist or a similar position. For the senior position, a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant working experience is required.
  • Understand the law and regulations in relation to HR and employment and how to apply them within day-to-day work.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
