Reporting to the Senior Vice President and Head of People and Culture (P&C) Business Partner. Act as the People & Culture Lead for the assigned business portfolio and be the strategic partner supporting the business leaders and their teams. You will consult and partner closely with the cross-functional People & Culture Teams.
Supports the Head of P&C with all people related matters.
Develop and deliver strategic P&C programs and initiatives, such as Change Management.
Collaborate with the Center of Excellence (CoE) Teams in delivery of local initiatives
Point of Contact and partner for business leaders.
Provide support for escalated employee complex inquiries and collaborate with team to resolve.
Lead and manage complex employee relation cases.
Consult with the Leadership team to create a comprehensive people strategy to support the business and influence positive change.
Provide insightful data to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions.
Communicate on regional and global priorities/activities and serve as a consultant for regional changes.
Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of regional HR Business Partner or related HR experience.
Ability to contribute and solve complex problems at a strategic level.
Strong knowledge on P&C strategy and process, and execution.
Good stakeholder management and influence skills.
Commercial acumen with strong analytical skills, problem solving and critical thinking.
Resilience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use and interpret data for business purposes and integrate in daily operation and solutions.
Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
Ability to build relationships with leaders and stakeholders across all levels, functions, and geographies to drive organizational change.
