Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Up to $4500, Permanent Role with AWS and 3 Months Variable Bonus
  • MNC Chemical Industry, CBD Near MRT station
  • Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.15pm
  • Experiences in HR Generalist with Learning and Development Focus are highly preferred
  • Responsibilities:

  • Mainly involved in Employees Learning & Development Function:
  • Conduct employees orientation/induction and other communication activities to employees such as onboarding and off boarding process.
  • Perform training administration in accordance to companys policies and statutory guidelines.
  • Conduct training effectiveness review, prepare training reports, and conduct annual learning needs analysis.
  • Support in the full spectrum of Human Resource functions such as:
  • Support monthly payroll
  • Administer employees compensation and benefits
  • Update and maintain employees records in the HRMS system
  • Support and co-ordinate response to surveys and HR reports
  • Support recruitment related activities
  • Maintain harmonious industrial relations
  • Companys Corporate Social Responsible programs, welfare and recreational activities
  • Companys Corporate Compliance matters
  • Business Contingency Plan activities
  • General administrative support to Human Resource & Administration department
  • Requirements:

  • Applicants should possess a Degree preferably in Business Administration, Business Studies or Engineering with at least 5 years of working experience in the HR and general administrative functions in the manufacturing industry.
  • Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), or with stand-up training experience will be preferred.
  • Essential prerequisites include knowledge in Singapores labour legislation.
  • The incumbent should be a team player with initiative, good analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
