Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title : HR Senior Executive

Outlines of Accountability

The Senior Executive is accountable to the HR & Admin - Head of Department for efficient operation and general administration of the personnel employed in the Company.

Detail of Responsibilities

1. Review, formulate, implement & maintain HR Policies & Procedures

2. Administer Performance Appraisal Management System

3. Administering the overall payroll process

4. Recruitment and selection of staff

5. Administrating of Training Needs Analysis of employees

6. Any other duties that is tasked by the HR & Admin Head of Department from time to time.

(*Must possess skills on MOM Work Pass Applications and application of Govt Paid Leaves)

Requirements

*Candidate must possess at least Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent

*At least 3-4years and above of working experience in Human Resource

*Sound knowledge of Employment Act, CPF Act and Singapore Labour Law and HR practices

*Meticulous, detailed, well-organized, good communication and interpersonal skills

*A good team player, resourceful and be able to work independently to meet datelines

*Required skill(s): Word Perfect, MS Excel, MS Office.
