To recruit, conduct interviews and select employees to fill vacancies
To ensure that recruitment procedures and transfer in of staff are in accordance to guidelines.
To prepare salary offers for new hires and transfers.
To Coordinate and participate in staff performance management cycle.
To Coach and counsel employees and other managers on workforce related issues.
To Conduct periodic reviews of HR policies and processes to streamline efficiencies, whilst keeping abreast with MOMs changes and other legislations.
To Manage contracts, employment letters, benefits, coordinate training and attend to all HR-related requests.
Degree in Business / HR or related field, with at least 6 years of HR Generalist experience.
Strong experience in HR Business Partnering inclusive of Talent Acquisition with a sound knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
