Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions
Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. Such as posting of advertisement Shortlisting/Interviewing of candidates, Preparing of offer package
Responsible for payroll function
Liaise with different business unit for their recruitment needs.
Writing and developing of company HR policies.
Handling all work pass related matters (e.g. application, renewal, cancellation)
Analyse HR related data and salary benchmarking
Processing of employee insurance claims and business insurance renewal
At least 3 years of working experience handling HR + 2 full year handling full spectrum HR duties
Familiarity with related labour laws (e.g. Employment Act, CPF act etc...)
Familiarity with F&B government grants
Someone who able to interact with people from a wide variety of background
Prefer to have a background in F&B Operations or have worked in F&B before
Good interpersonal & communication skills to handle all levels of staff
Resourceful, highly initiative with ability to work independently
