Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Planning & execution of key HR projects and initiatives including tracking and reporting progress. Ensuring communication of key milestones to stakeholders.

Responsible for project management of various HR workstreams associated with M&A/transformation. Work closely with various Project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery

Process owner of the hiring process for the GBL - Resource Approval Board (RAB). Manage the Global RAB process and act as Central RAB coordinator. Guide and coordinate with regional HR teams for implementation on regional RABs.

Act as SPOC for Talent and Performance Management for the GBL and lead the annual People Review Process for the GBL in coordination with the different regions.

Act as an interface for the HR teams in the GBL and ensure timely delivery of key HR processes

Support the HR Lead in various new initiatives and practices

Data analysis & reporting as required for headcount and labour cost

Liaise with consultants and vendors as needed for project implementation

Job specific competencies:

You have knowledge of Human Resource function

You understand HR Systems and Process eg: Success factors

You are proficient in MS Office tools



Min. 5 years experience in Human Resources or Project management

You are fluent in both oral and written English.

French will be a plus
