As HR Project manager you will have following projects:

  • Lead compensation program design and operations
  • Design and manage HR framework by analyzing effectiveness and fairness of existing programs and researching market practice and trends to ensure competitiveness
  • Identify opportunities for productivity improvements and streamlining of HR Operations
  • Propose and deliver HR projects in compliance with local labour laws and market practice
  • Manage effectively for all critical HR processes


To be qualified for this role, you will need:

  • Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 5 years experience in HR field; project management is a plus
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese
