Join Facebooks' human resources organization, People@, as a project architect and management on our People Planning and Strategy team to support our most complex and cross-functional initiatives. This team partners with leaders across People@ and Facebook to tackle challenging, high velocity work. This position supports cross-functional, agile teams acting in diverse capacities as a project manager focusing on the details required for brilliant execution. Those in this role are expected to leverage experiences and build proficiency across different HR domains, agile project management, stakeholder management, and change enablement. This role is hands-on, execution-focused supporting strategic and operational projects to move forward at rapid speed while keeping information documented and stakeholders aligned. It requires a focus on details, documentation, and structure. Experience with issue-based problem solving, HR leading practices, and influencing will help make someone in this role successful. We also expect team members to operate effectively in ambiguous, dynamic situations and collaborate meaningfully with a wide range of stakeholders. This role will be based in Singapore.


  • As an individual contributor, operate as an advisor developing relationships with project teams, valued for the ability to synthesize information, facilitate decision-making, and leverage systems thinking
  • Support coordination of complex projects including roadmap structure, work plan development, and project management, including global projects with stakeholders, including Europe (or Latin America or Asia Pacific) and North America
  • Manage execution of complex projects including roadmap structure, work plan development, and project management with global stakeholders, including in Europe (or Latin America or Asia Pacific) and North America
  • Leverage data and storytelling to decision-making and enable change across the organization
  • Enable cross-functional projects and programs effectively and efficiently by escalating risks, tracking decisions, empowering decision makers, identifying interdependencies, building project plans and managing stakeholders
  • Utilize issue-based problem solving techniques to rapidly identity problem statements and structure key activities to deliver outcomes
  • Support change management activities associated with HR programs
  • Create content for leaders and facilitate working sessions and support steering committee meetings
  • Communicate effectively with a broad set of stakeholders from People@ and across Facebooks business

  • 7+ years of experience in human resources project management, operations, or a related field
  • Agile collaborator comfortable in highly dynamic environments and high-growth businesses
  • Project and change management experience with passion for detailed, operational work including creating detailed documentation and notes, actively managing follow-ups, creating project plans, and organizing artifacts
  • Basic use of issue-based problem solving, root cause analysis, and other similar techniques to support problem definition and design of program architecture
  • Effective communication and facilitation skills with the ability to bring alignment across teams with competing priorities
  • Experience with change management design and execution as a project manager

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification
  • Experience in organizational transformation, human resources consulting, and/or people practice development
  • Experience in high-growth companies
  • Experience in topics like human resource strategy, service delivery, and people practice development
